"Thank you." He leaned against her lightly trying not to put to much weight on her.
-
And that's how they got to town. "We need to find someone to help you first," Jenna said.

"No, it'll be okay. We need to get food for you and the horses." He headed over to the convience store. -
"Cash, you can't keep going like this!" she protested.
-
"Hey." He looked at her and smiled. "I'll be fine, I promise." He knew better than to make promises he can't keep but this one he would keep.
-
"You will be fine once you get some help," Jenna said. "You can barely even use one of your arms."
-
"It's okay, they'll be fine once they heal." He tried to make her understand that he would be okay.
-
Jenna gave him a skeptic look, but gave up on her protests. They went into the store together.
-
The man at the character wrinkled his nose at their smell of sweat and dryed blood. "We need food we can take with us so what do you think we need?"
-
"Maybe some jerky?" Jenna suggested. "And bread stays good for a while as long as you don't let it get stale or moldy."
-
"That sounds good, maybe some water and crackers. Apples, and gum would work too." He went down the bread row looking for the cheapest brand.
-
Jenna nodded. "Also some carrots," she said. "We also should grab some water.
-
"Yes. The horses need carrots." He pulled bread down and with a hand full of food went to grab the water.
-
Jenna took some of the things from his arms, not wanting him to carry all of it.
Once they had grabbed everything, they went to the front counter to pay. -
"Would you like a reciept?" The cashier asked as he looked at them in disgust but also curisoty.
"No, sir." Cash answered and this made the cashier smile at the respect.
