Harrison frowned, he didn't know what Jenna knew but if she knew the truth she knew he had to do this. "I'll wait in here on them." Cash turned around when he heard him answer and nodded. The two boys who had grabbed Jenna forced her to sit on the bed and shifted into black wolves, sitting guard next to her.
-
Jenna scrambled away from the wolves, pressing herself into the backboard. She was crying.
-
Harrison took a step toward her then a step back. She would have to toughen up if she wanted to be with him.
-
"You - you have to go," Jenna said quietly. "You have to go, they just took me to get to you."
-
"I know, I know why I'm here. I knew this would come sooner then later." He turned to Cash as the girls entered the room. Squealing, the lead girl ran at Harrison and threw her arms around his neck.
-
Jenna blinked. He knew? He knew it was going to happen? She stared at him. What was going on?
-
"Hey." The lead smiled, "I thought you would never come. I miss you so much." She placed with the neck of his shirt, running her fingers lightly on his neck. Harrison grinned, "I had to come, it's time for the war."
-
"What?" Jenna whispered. Had this all been a trick on her?
-
"She use to be my fiancé, but they called it off because it was obvious when just wanted to be friends. We're like brother and sister's." He smiled and the girl did also.
-
Jenna scooted away from him. "Who are you?" she asked quietly, with a pained tone.
-
"The same person I was before. That was in my past, I knew the war was coming I just didn't think that it would be time." He frowned at the way she was acting.
-
"War?" Jenna asked. "But Cash said - He said that they wanted you and they were going to - to strip your powers and - and" The words she was speaking were hardly formed in sentences, she was trying to figure out what in the world was going on.
-
"Strip my powers' they are actually forming them." He smiled.
-
(Ok I wouldn't classify her as a crybaby, but thanks for pointing out that I was going overboard on the 'woe is me woe is us' stuff)
"Why do you sound like you've been on their side all along?" Jenna asked quietly. She was starting to get...she wasn't sure what, but there was a hint of anger to it, though that wasn't the majority of it. -
(sorry)
"I've always been on the good side but not on his side." He glared at Cash and Cash frowned
