In this world mythological creatures are common, and there are programs to help them.
C1 is the leader of a well known and powerful vampire coven, who holds a reputation for keeping the city that his coven calls home safe and never harming innocents. Their coven basically act like a second police force in the city. However, they catch wind of a new coven in their city that is hurting people, and launch an attack on them. In the covens nest c1 discovers C2, a fledgling vamipre that was turned by the rival coven in the hopes of controlling C2's unique abilitys. They did this by starving c2 unless they obeyed, and as a result C2 has gone feral. C1 decides to try to save the newborn vampire, and takes them under their wing. Shenanigans ensue

Gender: male
Appearence: long ish black hair with dark red streaks, tied back in a high ponytail. Red eyes with blue and gold flecks, and dark skin. On his face are blue tear trail markings under his eyes, which glow in the dark. Painfully thin, and frail looking
Personality: agressive, but easily frightened. Once you get him to trust you hes a sweet heart and enjoys cuddles
Abilitys: he can create strings by touching the tear markings on his face. He can menipulate the strings like extra limbs, or can ensnare others and make them his puppets
Likes: stars, cuddles, being cared about
Dislikes: being alone, the dark, being forgotten
Bio: he was thrown out of his home at a young age after accidentally hurting someone with his strings, and had pretty much been homeless untill the new coven caught wind of his abilities.

Starts off as your coven is attacking the new one, and you find Erratum))
Erratum groaned quietly in pain as he slowly woke up, hanging from his wrists in a dark room. He faintly heard the sound of fighting above, and couldnt help the whimper that escaped him as his Thirst flaired up, feeling like his chest and throat where on fire -
Rias was striking the new coven with brute force she pushed threw her enemies, "Destroy this coven with brute force!" she shouted as she was fighting she noticed a door "There's probably more down there" She said to herself.
(Was that vague?) -
He heard the shouting and instinctively flinched, trying to cover hos overly sensitive ears. He couldnt of course, chained up as he was.

As Rias pushed herself down the stairs of enemies she was noticed a few cells, after she had slayed her enemies she saw just one boy in the cell

Erratum instinctivly hissed at her in fear, his eyes glowing faintly in the dim lighting

"Don't be mean boy" She said coldly with a shine in her eyes

He just hissed at her again, the lines on his face flashing brighter for a moment

She got the chain to the cell door with her sword and slowly opened it, She kept her guard up
