I'll start
Faith was sitting in the Slytherin common room, the dim green light casting a dark, unflattering glow upon her pale face. She looked as if she was a ghost from a story. Faith was quietly reading a book when a few students walked by and commented snootily on her older sister, Grace Ridges. Faith winced. This happened every day. Everyone thought that her sister had gone insane and was now treating Faith like a freak because of it. -
Charms walked with her group of friends. She loved being the favorite but hated being looked up and down by boys. She sighed. The dim green light made her head spin and she felt sick. She sat down on one of the couch in the common hall.

"It's time for supper, let's head out to the Great Hall." Faith heard some students in the distance say. Faith nodded to herself and got up from her spot on the green velvet couch, walking down to the Great Hall. She sat down and the very edge of the Slytherin table, hoping that no one would sit next to her. Though it wasn't likely that anyone would anyways.

Charms noticed the group decided the sit next to a frail looking girl at the end of the table. Her best friend whispered to her, "Just ignore her." She nodded and sat down, looking at the sweet looking food.

Faith noticed the group of people that had sat down beside her. The popular people. Faith shook her head to herself, knowing that they wanted nothing to do with her. She had expected that. Faith began to eat a piece of steak along with some asparagus in silence.

Charms grabbed some ribs with BBQ sauce and some cheese covered broccoli. She ate listening to the others talk about Snape and how much a ass he was.

(and I don't want to sound rude or anything, but Snape actually liked the Slytherin students and treated them with favoritism)(so I don't think they would say he's an ass)
Faith heard more students muttering under their breath about her sister. She couldn't hold it in anymore; tears began to slip down her cheeks. Faith quickly began to walk away back to her dorm room so that no one would see her crying.
