C1 has always hid in the shadows; an introvert. Alone and exiled, the human’s took it upon themselves to protect their whole family... but then their family disappeared. All bound and kidnapped.
[We’ll start a few weeks after their family got kidnapped.]
C1 had no money to keep paying the bills, so they set out on an adventure, starting off by hitting the streets.
Then, they meet C2, C3, and C4; all part of a gang. C2, C3, and C4 all have a strange resemblance to some animals, and they have abilities as well that represent the animals. But, this comes with a price. [Ex: If they resemble a cat, they may be able to jump high or survive long falls, at the cost of having a missing limb.]
The gang is on the run, tailed by police who turn out to be on their side. [C5 and C6] The police tell them that C1 can rid them of their flaws.
Immediately, the gang turns against C1 after C1 refuses to rid them of their flaws, believing that no man or woman should be perfect, and they start threatening C1.
Then, C1 finally convinces them to go with them, straight into a trap that C1 set.
