She held her place as it got a little darker, and her scales began to glow, though not very brightly, because it wasn't that dark yet.
-
He saw something almost glowing in the trees. Or maybe it was his imagination. You should just go see, it couldn't hurt right.
So he flew up closer, and closer but the glowing thing sat there, not moving. What is it? -
She is moving, she's flying in place, dragons and wyverns can't stay in the air without flying.))
I'm on the border, so technically they can't report me, but if I'm caught by wyverns, I'll be yelled at for being so close to it.... -
It was moving really slowly, like a leaf or a creature. I wonder what would happen if i touched it. Glaca stuck his talon out and brushed it across it.
huh, it felt like scales. -
Feathera jumped back. Something had touched her. "Whose there?" She asked, turning to face her opponent. She may be blind in the light of day, but at night her vision was perfect, she could make out every little detail. She saw a diamond colored dragon, similar to the diamond colored blob from that morning. "...Glaca?"
-
"Feathera, you glow?? I didn't realize this was you." Panic rised in his voice. What if she thinks I'm stalking her.!
-
She shook herself. "Are you paying attention? I glowed in the cave!" She said. "Hmm, I can tell it's you better. I can see perfectly and better than a hawk at night."
-
"I was paying attention, she hasn't flew away must be a good sign." He looked around but there were nobody else around.
-
She continued flapping her wings. "When it's dark, I try to memorize the layout of the forest so I can fly better in the day."
-
"That's cool." She smells good, he thought. Oh, I'm being so weird.
-
"The field is better though. It's easier to hunt there, where I can fly freely. I can memorize the layout of the forest, but I can't memorize when I'm going to run into a sleeping bear!" She explained.
-
Glaca shivered at the thought of running into a bear. Especially a sleeping bear. "I can be your friend and we can sneak away all the time to hang out at the cave." He answered sweetly.
-
She felt her muscles tense. "Only if you don't tell anyone about it. Most dragons would be rich if they took the crystals back to their kingdom." This wasn't the only problem. The caves were where the hybrids went when they were exiled, and if they were found, they'd likely be killed. He didn't need to know about them, at least not yet.
-
"Sure, I wasn't gonna tell anybody anyway." Glaca smiled. He liked the answer and the fact that she hadn't run away yet.
-
She shifted nervously between rounds of flapping her wings. "It's getting dark. Will your family worry you're out late?" She asked, wondering if he even had a family, or if dragons sent their young to move on once they were old enough to survive, which was technically 13 or older.
