“Ooo, yes please!” Azariel said lightly, immediately looking a little more skittish than a moment ago. He loved ice cream, but wasn’t usually allowed to have it.

Heather's eyes were shining with a childish joy. "They all look so good!" she said. "I don't know which one to eat."

Era shuffled their feet "i dont even know what most of those are" they said, their voice soft

Azariel looked over at Era, his eyes wide as saucers. “Really?! Well, which one looks good to you?” He asked, pointing at the different flavors. “I personally love the mango flavor.” He added, grinning.

Era tugged at their sleeve, squinting a little to read the lables "strawberry ripple?" He answered hesitantly

"I think I'm going to get something...chocolatey," Heather said. "Guys, help me out here. I can't pick." -
Azariel looked at the flavor, and then at Heather. “How about just plain chocolate with a topping?” He suggested.

Era looked a little confused and mumbled something about not knowing what chocolate even is as they tucked their handa into their pockets

Heather looked at Azariel with a helpless expression. "But what topping?"

He chuckled, shrugging. “I don’t know! It’s not my choice!” Azariel said, smiling.

"I'll take strawberry sauce then," Heather said, grinning and sweeping off to order the icecreams.

Era tilted his head a little as he watched her walk away, seeming mildly confused

Azariel looked back over at Era, smiling at the gesture. “What is it? You seem confused.” He asked.

Heather ordered the icecreams and watched excitedly as the person behind the counter scooped it out.
