Boi, I already knew. I knows you too well UwU)
Caroline squinted at a small figure that was far away and gasped in excitement. “Talis!” She squealed, running over and crushing him in a hug. -
"It's good to see you too, Caroline," he teased, returning the gesture. "It's good to see you too," he murmured softly, caught in her arms.
-
“Why haven’t you called me today?! Or at least come over to my house! I’ve been very bored without you!” She exclaimed.
-
“I—" Talis's shoulders slumped. "Sorry. I got grounded for a little bit. My mom finally gave in last minute." He looked up, meeting her eyes. "You're not mad, are you?"
-
Caroline gave him a teasing smile and laughed. “Of course not! You’re my bestest friend in the world!” She said.
-
"Thanks." Talis seemed to regain his confidence. "Um, do you want to come over for dinner? My mom would love to have you over."
Talis's mother and dad, Rob and Macy, were having tea. It was a special day for them—their anniversary. -
-
Caroline clapped her hands in excitement. “I wouldn’t love to!” She said, linking her arm in Talis’s.
-
*would not wouldn’t. Lol)
-
I wouldn’t love to XD)
Talis shifted uncomfortably, trying to think of something to say. "Well, that’s great!" He rose up to his full height and waited for Caroline to say something. -

Caroline smiles and started walking towards his house. She rambled on about how she had gotten stuck on a boss level for 3 days straight. -
Talis grinned. "The trick is to throw the vial of Greek fire into Sharkzilla's mouth. That always gets him."
-
Caroline groaned. “I figured it was that, I just didn’t try it and now I’m stuck at the beginning.” She complained.
-
"The levels behind Sharkzilla are all pretty easy," he offered. "I can help you get back up there using multiplayer."
-
Caroline gave him a look of gratitude. “What would I do without you?” She said.
