“I swear, next time I see that scumbag I’ll murder him.” Axel growled as he got the medical kit.

"At least I got to punch him," she said.

“You did?” He asked in surprise as he brought out the supplies and began tending to her wounds.

She nodded. "I was angry. He almost choked me to death for it," she said. She motioned to the marks on her neck. "That's where I got these from."

Axel gritted his teeth furiously. “Next time I see him, he’ll wish he was never born.” He growled.

"Why are you so concerned about me?" she asked. "The leader said that I had to be valuable to you in some way, otherwise you wouldn't have let me go, and that he wasn't about to bet that you had grown a heart. You even made it clear yesterday that I'm not in your good graces."

“Listen, I was...not in my right mind yesterday when I held a gun to your head.” He said quietly.

"At the window today...." Rasia said, "I don't know what was up but you were freaking me out."

Axel coughed nervously. “I don’t know what your talking about.” He mumbled.

"You looked insane," she said. "There was a crazed look in your eyes and the laugh..." she shuddered. "I don't know."

“Oh..that.” He said quietly. “That is a monstrosity.”

Axel stared at her with a serious look on his face. “Calm me down if that ever happens. It’s a gene from my grandfather Wermington.” He said.
