  C1 has been getting dreams from a parallel universe of C2. In C1's dreams C2 is kind, caring, gentle, and warm. C1 has actually fallen in love with this literal dreamboy.
  But when C1 meets C2 in real life, they find them the exact opposite. Harsh, menacing, cold, and both a bad boy and a playboy.

  C1 had abandoned C2, left them to fend for themselves. The two of them had been in love and C1 betrayed that love.
  Whether intentionally or unintentionally, C1 had destroyed C2.
  Now C2 is different. Walls surround them. Don't let anyone in, keep to yourself, don't reveal any vulnerability or weakness.
  C1 came back to see C2 like this. They realized what they had done and guilt filled them.
  C2 hates C1 for what they did.
  What can C1 possibly do.

  What they say is that you can't be out at night.
  What they say is that you can't be outside the city borders alone.
  What they say is that if you do you will be taken by a man (C2), handsome and respectful outwardly, but inwardly he's a monster. And who knows what happens after he takes you.
  
  C1 has just moved to this city. And what does she think of these rules? Nonsense. Superstition.
  One time she goes against one or both of these rules, and she finds out the hard way that what they say is true.
