Jewel walked out of Adrians room and looked for Henry. She eventually found him in one of the many hallways.

"Jewel!" Henry said in surprise.

“Henry, I apologize for today.” Jewel said nervously.

"You didn't do anything," Henry said, "It's my fault."

“No, I should’ve calmed down.” She said.

"Kind of hard to do that when you're on fire," he pointed out

“I know, but I could’ve calmed myself down.” She protested.

"Again, you were in flames," he said.

“How about we both take the blame.” She said with a slight laugh.

"But there's literally nothing to blame you for," Henry said. "I've been pushing you way too fast."

Jewel frowned. “No you weren’t. You just wanted me to be prepared, I honestly think you’re an amazing teacher.” She said.

"We don't want you exploding," Henry said. "Adrian would probably kill me for that, anyway."

Jewel laughed. “True, he might kill you.” She said.

"He's your Guardian, he's supposed to," Henry laughed.

Jewel cocked her head in confusion. “He has to kill anybody who hurts me?” She asked.
