"Really? Tessa seems to be talkative but not a gossip." She said, turning towards Tessa.

"Don't be silly, that's just his impression of me," Tessa said with a wave of her hand.
"She can be a bit of a gossip," Adrian said quietly to Jewel. Tessa glared at him. -
Jewel pointed towards Adrian. "He said you could be quite a gossip."

"I heard," Tessa said.

Jewel nodded her head.

"Oh, I have something for you," Adrian remembered. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a longish box that he was surprised had been able to fit into his pocket in the first place. He handed the box to her. Inside was a demon knife. "I figured you should have one since you don't really have much control over your powers yet," he said.

Jewel was in awe at how pretty it was. “Than you so much Adrian!” She squealed as she threw her arms around his neck.

Adrian lightly blushed and gave her a hug back. "Make sure you don't cut anything in here with it," he said. "Not exactly sure what'll happen, but I don't think it'll be good."

“True.” She said as she looked up at him. “Why is your face red? Are you okay?” She asked with concern.

"You just hugged me a little too tight," Adrian said. "I lost my breath."
James gave Adrian a look. -
“Are you sure? My brother says my hugs are pretty weak.” She asked.

"Well then maybe the fact that I wasn't really expecting it threw me off and so it felt tighter than it was," Adrian said.
(that's how it is with me. If I'm not expecting it it seems tighter than it really was) -
“If you say so.” Jewel shrugged as she turned towards Tessa and started talking to her.

James walked over to Adrian. "Well you just blew it," he muttered low enough so that only Adrian could hear.
"I don't want to do it in front of everybody," Adrian muttered back.
James got a certain glint in his eye.
"No, James, don't you even think about it." -
Yes James, think about it >:3)
“So Tessa, I have an outfit that would look great on you!” Jewel said.
