Adrian stopped teasing her. He stroked her brown hair back. "You're so beautiful," he mumbled.
Quite a few months later, Adrian was rather panicked. Jewel was about to have their first baby. -
(Wait what if we did a final showdown w Lucifer? :0)
Jewel was sweating nervously. What if her baby had a problem? What if Adrian didn't catch it? What if it hurt? What if Lucifer... she'd rather not think about that one. -
(Good idea)
Adrian held Jewel's hand. They had gone to a hospital that was run by mages, a few angels, and humans that had seen too much. That way there wouldn't be a commotion in case their child was born with wings like Adrian or something. -
Fae skipped into the scene and grinned mischievously before shooting Adrian and Jewel with hundreds of Nerf bullets. "Hehehehehe-"

"Ready? PUSH!" The doctor yelled.
Jewel pushed, screaming all the way.
About an hour later, a beautiful baby boy was born. He had Jewel’s eyes and Adrian’s hair. -
(Does he have wings?)
Adrian let out a sigh of relief. The baby seemed healthy. He took the boy in his arms and brought him over to Jewel. -
(He has one small wing on his left side. On his right, there isn't a wing.)
The baby was crying, a sign that it was healthy.
Jewel grabbed the baby, her hands shaky from a medicine that chased the pain of birth away. Once the baby boy was in her arms, she stared down at it in awe. It looked up at her and smiled, giggling a bit. -

Adrian pressed a kiss to her forehead. "He has your eyes," he said. -
(PFFFFFFT-)

"He has your hair," -

"What's his name?" Adrian asked. -
"Nemo," Jewel whispered, gently touching the babies face with her index finger.

(It looks like in Oromo Nemo means 'The Man' even though in Latin it means nobody.)
Adrian nodded. He had promised Jewel that she would get to name the child. "And his middle name? -

"You can pick that." -
"Crusoe?" he suggested

"That sounds beautiful." Jewel whispered.
