"Because you were accusing of doing something that I didn't do," Sprinkle said.

She tried to dig her claws into her neck, but they bounced off harmlessly. "See?" She said. "WHY?!"

Sprinkle gently pulled Ken's claws away from her neck. "It's your punishment, given to you by the Queen of the EclipseWings," she said. "You want to die, so you're cursed to live, no matter what you try."

She sighed. "Guess I'll have to stick with old age, then." She muttered.

"I guess you'll just have to die like the rest of us," Sprinkle said, curling up in the warm sunlight.

"Eh I come back though, and when I do, I might be able to bring you back. If there's still time..." She trailed off, realizing what she was saying. "I don't think I should finish that sentence."

"I don't know if I'd want to live forever," Sprinkle said. "I think just a normal life would suit me fine."

"I might be able to explain this to you, but it's a little hard." She murmured. "I can enter the underworld and heaven to see spirits of the dead. Not as clearly or for as long as if I were dead, but I can see them. So if you died, I would still be able to see you."

"Would I see you too?" Sprinkle said, flicking her tail in interest.

"Yes... The one I saw earlier... That was my mother." She explained. "I still listen to what she tells me, even now. You remember her death, don't you?"

"Refresh my memory," Sprinkle said, leaning her head on her claws.

"The DogWings... they didn't have to poison everyone in the royal family... But they didn't know I was immune. They deserved to die." She growled.

"But the children," Sprinkle said softly. "What about them? What about the innocents?"

"The innocents would soon grow to be like those before them. I did what I had to do." She said
We should make it so DogWings are like LeafWings and not actually extinct))
