C1, an adolescent, has moved to a new town with their family and isn’t exactly looking forward to it. The town turns out to not be much different and C1 actually enjoys the new place.
After a few days, C1 starts to hear strange noises coming from their backyard, which leads into a dense forest. Curiously, C1 and their new friend who may possibly be more than that, C2, venture into the forest to investigate.
What they find is absolutely horrifying.

Anais was in her garden on this particular morning. She was picking some ripened strawberries before she realized she had to get ready. Her new friend, Willa, was coming over today.
Anais rushed inside and prepared the kettle. Raspberry tea would have to do.
She reached into her little bear shaped cookie jar and pulled out a few cookie for the both of them, laying them on a beautiful platter.
Anais enjoyed welcoming and comforting her guests.
