Prompt: A pigeon flies in her room))

Suddenly, something comes into her room from the open window, snapping her out of her thoughts. “Damn it, get out you stupid bird! Shoo!” The bird flies out and Melissa watches it.
She had an urge to follow it. It was stupid, but her instincts told her otherwise. So she jumps out her window and onto the roof, then jumps down to the ground.
This had no context to the plot but f--- iT-)) -

A pigeon flew from the city and towards the woods. Terri jumped when it landed on her chest and tentatively reached a hand out to stroke it. It humbly obliged, silently chuckling to itself. -

THE SHIPPING BIRD!))
Melissa starts running trying to catch up to the bird and ending up in the middle of the woods. She sees something in the distance and starts walking towards it.
It was a person, or being more descriptive, a girl. When she got closer, she noticed the girl’s hair color and clothing. Oh my Irene! It’s the girl from earlier! She thinks, bewildered. -
THE SHIPPING BIRD REEEEEEE))
The pigeon nuzzled against her face, causing Terri to laugh. She didn't laugh a lot, but when she did, it sounded lovely. "You're sweet, aren't you?" she said gently, unaware of the fact that Melissa was watching. -
Melissa watches the pigeon in confusion. Birds don’t act like that... She thought. It confused her, but she can’t hide forever.
“Weird. Birds don’t usually act like that. Is it yours?” She says, walking out of her hiding spot. -
Terri jumped, using her hands to push herself up into a sitting position. "Oh...um, no."

Melissa stops near the girl. “Odd.” She says simply. I should introduce myself She thinks.
“Uh, sorry for barging in on your...picnic? I’m Melissa.” She says to the girl. -
