Yune then saw the bird flying leading her somewhere. She quickly got up to follow, leaving the shady lady with the knives for sale. The bird seemed to be blind like her, but it knew where it was going.
-
Yuna nibbled on the hotdog, savoring what could possibly be her last meal for some time. She saw the girl running off and every instinct in her sharpened. A blind girl near train tracks? Not a good combination. She decided to get closer, able to intervene should anything happen.
-
Ambrose wanders around, and sees two girls near each other. They gave off similar energies. Are they twins, perhaps? Ambrose decides to get a little closer to the girls. "Ambrose, stay near me!" His mother shouts. Ambrose turned to her, and grabbed her hand, to bring her closer. He didn't understand why his mother treated him like a child. Sure, his memory and voice were taken away by the accident, but that doesn't mean he's a toddler.
-
All of a sudden, yune bumped into someone and the shiney bird disappeared. Yune started to cry. That bird always seemed like something magical and she had the raging fear of the bird leaving the station and going somewhere even worse that she wouldn't be able to follow. Yune collapsed to the floor with a sob.
-
Yuna walked over to the little girl and sat down next to her. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked, concern lining her voice.
-
(Sorry, you can skip me again, I've been a little on edge)
-
(it's ok, if anything it makes me more eggcited for your next entry)
"The bird flew away." Yune answered the voice. She never knew who was asking but she hoped they weren't a weirdo. Yune wanted to reach out for her mother's or sisters hand but she knew she'd only grasp on to the hand of a stranger. -
Don't worry about it, Neon))
"Oh," Yuna said. "Are you two friends?" -
Ambrose got closer to the girls and noticed one of them crying. He wanted to help, but had no idea how to. It seemed the other girl was doing a good job. Ambrose still had some extra money that his mother put in his pocket. She always gave him a little extra, just in case he wanted/needed something. Ambrose put the extra money in the crying girls' hand. It's not like he was going to use it anyways. He looked over at the other girl, wanting to ask what happened. Knowing he couldn't use his words, he just tilted his head.
-
"I guess the bird was my friend, but it wanted me to go somewhere, and now I can't find it." Yune said between sobs.
-
Yuna shrugged at the boy, turning back to Yune. "If the bird was your friend, I'm sure it'll come back," she reassured her. "That's what good friends do."
-
"Ambrose Armando Herja! Get back here right now!" His mother walked over and grabbed Ambrose by the wrist, and dragged him away. "You can not just wander off like that!" Ambrose wished he could yell at his mom, or at least express how he felt.
He rolled eyes, and his mother went ballistic. "How dare you roll your eyes at me? I am your mother! Your behavior has been absolutely horrible! Your father will be so mad!"
Ambrose wasn't afraid, as Ambrose's father always asks for his side of the story. -
Suddenly, a girl with long be hair and orange eyes ran through the crowd and grabbed yune. Anyone who saw the scene would think it was a kidnapping but it was in fact her older sister miden.
-
"Hey, come back!" Yuna said, chasing the girl. "Who are you?"
-
Ambrose pointed to the girl who grabbed the younger girl, jumping to and down to get his mother's attention. "Never mind that! You're obviously using that in attempt to distract me!"Ambrose looked back at the girls' anxiously.
