Nori was just starting to leave his house. "Damn it! I slept in." He said. 'I knew I shouldn't have stayed up so long programming that extra trap in level six.' he thought. He ran down the stairs and almost missed the bus. "Today's gonna be awful." Nori mumbled to himself as the bus came to a screeching stop.

Esther reveled in warmth, the sun warming her plushy pillow. She liked being in bat form most of the time. Being blind as a human just wasn't natural, apparently. Suddenly, she jerked awake. Gah, she was going to miss the group meeting!
She quickly morphed into a human, got dressed, and morphed back into a bat, flapping her wings furiously towards the bus station. With one last flap, she soared through the closing door and almost smacked into Nori. -
(Just a bit of a fact here. Bats aren't actually blind. None of the species are.)
Sebastian stood in his house, debating whether or not to go to this meet up place for the last 10 minutes. He finally decided to just get it over with and go. Perhaps there will be something he cared about there. He didn't want to take the bus so he instead shifted to owl form and started to fly there. -
(Oh, this is random but— Spice, if you still want that dog beastmen, feel free to add him in. You can either post a character sheet, or you can just throw him in and have fun!)
Eventually, the duo arrived at the restaurant. It was a locally owned business, so it was relatively empty save for some regulars.
Eskender perked up when he saw Ivan. The scorpion was the oldest member of their friend group, but everybody enjoyed his presence tremendously. Ivan knew Eskender's dad fairly well; he wouldn't be surprised if Ivan stuck around as a favor to Khamisi.
"Yo, Ivan," the ram piped up, sliding into a seat and grinning. "Good to see you're as early as always. Have you waited long?"
Lexen slides into a seat as well, silently listening. He glances to the door, waiting to see if anybody else is arriving right behind them. -
Ivan's eyes light up when he sees the brothers. "I'v been here for almost an hour." he chuckles, glad people are finally starting to show up. "You two look well. It's good to see you again. And I trust your dad's doin alright." he says with a smile. The scorpion pulls his chair in closer and leans forward. "So, has anything happened since the last time we talked?" he asks while twirling his magnificent mustache.

Nori almost got crashed into, he looked over to see his acquaintance Esther "oh, hey Esther." Nori said. He could tell she just woke up. Nori wished he was faster in animal form, but whereas dormice were incredibly cute, getting around as one was painfully slow. "I guess you forgot to set an alarm this morning." Nori said to Esther

Oops. Thanks for letting me know! They just can't see very well. And I would love to make a little dog dude :D))
"Yeah," Esther said, panting. "I can't turn back into a human in public, do you mind if I sit on your shoulder?" -

Gender: Male
Animal species: Dog, golden retriever/lab mix
Appearance: Golden brown hair, dark eyes (the color of which is hard to tell), and lightly tanned skin, probably type 2.
Strengths: He's strong and loyal, and he can give some pretty amazing hugs.
Weaknesses: He can be manipulated rather easily.
Other: Poor little boi -
Sebastian flew very far to get to the meet up place. he knew he couldn't change back in public and thus flew a little wayward and landed on the fire escape where no one could see him. Once he was alone, he changed back to normal and walked down it to get to the ground.

Eskender tugs his seat closer as well, shrugging. "Ah, you know, the same old same old. He's still as popular as ever, especially with the ladies. Though, when the whole group gets here, I do have a bit of news to share!"
Lexen turns his attention back over to Ivan and Eskender. "Your mustache looks as great as ever!" Lexen says, smiling. He's not the best at conversations.. or paying attention, for that matter. -
"Of course he is!" Ivan laughed. "I hope the rest of us get here soon. I can't wait to hear this news!" he says excitedly.
"Why, thank you Lex." The scorpion fills with pride when he hears Lexen's compliment. Mustaches are a proud tradition in his family and Ivan spends countless hours making sure his is perfect. "Maybe one of these days I can convince you to grow one." he says grinning.
Ivan hears the restaurant door open. He turns to look at the door, hoping it's more of their friends. -
"sure but the bus should be arriving any minute and you'd better not get any fleas on me." Nori said grumpily. Nori hoped the rest of his day wouldn't be this boring.

Esther smiled gratefully and crawled onto his shoulder. At the last minute, Caleb dashed in. "Sorry, I'm late," he whispered to the other two.

Sebastian walked into the door and looked for everyone. He soon saw Eskender with the rest and sat down beside them. He said "Why are we here again?"

The bus started and bustled off brightly.
