Misty and Alex we're back home when they notice that there dad was cooking a delicious meal when he usually does take out "Wow dad your finally cooking?" Alex asked with a grin Misty thought that there dad had to work on his car but there mom was actually fixing there car instead "Mom are you fixing the car?" Misty asked in amasment

Esmeralda arrived at the address and knocked on the door quietly but firmly, being a little nervous. She didn't know how this was going to turn out.

Misty opened the door when she heard the knock she thought it was there annoying neighbor Lexi who likes bothering them but when she opened the door it was Esmeralda "Oh hi Esmeralda please come in." Misty said when she saw her Alex was eating dinner when Esmeralda came in through the door she said "Esmeralda this is the dinner our dad made cause he made dinner please have a seat and eat then we can get started on our assignment."

Goodness gracious she talks a lot, Esmeralda thought. "It's not going to turn me orange with purple polka dots, or anything, will it?" she asked. She didn't know if they had normal meals or other types of things. This was a whole new strange world.

"Oh no we are just having some chicken and rice go ahead have some." Misty sat down at the table when Alex went out the door saying "I'm going to Lexi's house I'll be back by 2:40." He said "Ok but be careful." Misty told him

Normal stuff then. "Sounds good," she said and made herself a plate. She took a bite of the rice, but when she realized the consistency she chewed it more slowly. It was crunchy. "Your dad doesn't know how to make rice," she said. She cut into the chicken. At least that was done. "The chicken's actually really good," she said. "Nice and moist. What does Alex have to be careful about?

"Well Lexi are neighbor is kinda dangerous because she is a dragon but a human at the same time." She told her why she made some chicken and rice her self the rice was boiling and the chicken was baking 4 hours later my homemade chicken and rice is done "Go ahead take a bite." Misty said smiling

(She already did take a bite. And I thought you said their dad had been cooking it. If not I'm going to have to redo that post)

(So...they got home at say 3:30-4, and their dad was making supper that early in the day? Then she spent four hours on the chicken? Chicken takes only an hour to bake/roast. And rice takes about half an hour. So even if she did spend four hours on the chicken and rice, then they would be eating at eight. Why would Esmeralda come at 8 at night when she should go there earlier in the day? It's also rude to come to someone's house after a certain time. I'm sorry, but the timeline just doesn't fit.)

(I'm sorry, but I've been really lenient with all this, and now I've just gotten entirely discombobulated.
So we need to figure out, did Misty make it or her dad, when, and who's food has Esmeralda taken a bite of.) -
