Echolight sat there, anxiously staring down at the small kit. Finally, its mother had arrived. "There you are!" Echolight exclaimed, using her teeth to lightly take it from the mother. She was careful not to chew it. She began to peel the skin off the deathberries gingerly.

Foxflight returned, looking bright and happy. "You can stay!" he said with a purr. "If you'd like to, of course."
Royal sat down, watching Echolight with a look of quiet interest for more than one reason. He turned to the queen he'd helped. "Is that your kit?" -
I just realized this was the roleplay with Blueheart... Oops! I guess it's Echolight, instead! :P))

Taking the skin from the deathberries, she carefully inserted it into the kit's mouth. "There you go," She soothed. "It'll all be better soon."

Royal watched the kit's sides rise and fall. Could he possibly have a place here? No...they wouldn't want a kittypet like him. It would be best to not get attached.

She then turned her attention to a tom sitting next to the queen. "Who is he?" She asked, nodding towards (Thinks really hard) Daisyheart.

"Forgive me for not introducing myself," the handsome Siamese said. "I'm Royal. Who might you be?" -
"Oh!" Echolight sat down, her tail tucked neatly over her paws. "Excuse my manners," She sighed. "My name is Echolight. It's a pleasure to meet you, Royal."

"It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Echolight," Royal said. "You have a very lovely name. Are you part of a clan, by any chance?"

"Why yes, I am. This is our clan. I'm the medicine cat, if you didn't know," She bowed her head politely, an excited glint in her eye.

Royal seemed surprised. "You're a Clan cat then? Funny, you're much nicer than the one I met a few weeks ago. I guess I shouldn't have bunched you all in the same basket, hmm?"

She gave a purmm of amusement. "Why, of course not! We all have different personalities, and are unique in our own kind of ways!"

"That sounds lovely," Royal said, with a spark of interest in his eyes. "Do you have to be born in a clan to be accepted in it?"

"No!" She retorted, surprised. "There was Firestar, leader of the ancient ThunderClan. He was a kittypet at first,"
