A big fat hand reached down and scooped them up. Goldie howled fearfully.

Hollow formed a sword and crouched dowm

They were lifted up and Iggie's eyes clapped on the scariest baby he had ever seen. There was one brown eye right in its forehead and its skin was a sandy yellow.

Hollow then did the horrible silent scream from before

The baby let out a deafening squeal, fixing its ginormous eye on them.

Hollow threw his weapon at the baby then jumped out of its hand with Iggie and Goldie

The sword poked the baby and it sniffled, preparing to cry. "RUN!" Iggie yelled. The baby started to cry, giant droplets falling from its eye and an ear blasting shriek coming from its mouth.

Hollow landed on his feet and started sprinting

The stretch of sand didn't go on very far, it was just big enough to accommodate the huge baby. Still, Iggie didn't get his hopes up too much that they would survive the giant sandbox.

Hollow narrowed his eyes and focused, the air around him dropping several degrees before he lunged forward in a streak of darkness, shooting forward a few hundred feet

"Woah!" Iggie said. "Did we just teleport?"

Hollow gave a quick shake of his head and kept running

"You can set me and Goldie down, you know," he said.

He just shook his head again

Goldie was cowering against Hollow, his ears flat against his head. Iggie stretched out his arm and patted his snout, causing his tail to wag a little.
