Goldie wormed his way next to Hollow, putting his head on his paws.

Hollow hummed quickly in response

Iggie muttered something about toads in his sleep.

Hollow stared at him before sighing and moving to lay on his side

Goldie cuddled next to Hollow.

Hollow set his head on his arms, his long horns resting flat on his back

With a huge yawn, Goldie fell asleep.

Hollow dozed off watching the stars

When morning arrived, Iggie marched off into the woods and brought back some edible plants, and a rabbit that appeared to have been walloped against a tree twenty times.

Hollow slowly woke up, blinking slowly at him

Iggie cooked the rabbit and ate the plants. When the meat was done cooking, he ate the choicest parts and gave the rest to Goldie.

Hollow sat up and watched him quietly

Iggie beckoned to the fire and it jumped into his hand and slid onto his shoulder. He mounted Goldie and nodded to Hollow.

Hollow eyed the fire but got up and started walking

"Here," Iggie said, extending his hand to Hollow. The fire glided forward towards him. "Here's a companion for you."
