“Meh.” Grimly said as he casually got closer to her. “What is this place? A prison?” He asked, looking around and tapping on the walls and floors with his staff, “What is this material?” He asked himself breaking a piece off the wall and sniffing at it.
-
"No, this is Earth. And that," she said, pointing her finger at the wall he just broke. "Is my wall."
"Where are you from?" she asked, her hands trembling. She felt a little resentment toward this fellow for breaking her wall, but that was something she could quickly get over. "And why are you here?" As she continued to gaze upon his face, something about it was strikingly familier. She just couldn't place it. -
“Earth.. what a strange name.” Grimly said, looking back at the wall and quickly putting the chuck of broken wall back in place.
“I have no idea, the reason I’m here is unknown.” Grimly said, observing her. She seemed familiar in some way, but his memory was sharp and she certainly never met him before. -
"Strange, no. But your appearance here is." she said, sitting behind her desk. There was enough space between them both that if something did happen, she would be fine. She sat the paperweight down in front of her, then leaned forward. "Tell me about yourself. Why here? Why not anywhere else?" She asked these questions in quickly. She didn't expect an answer for them, but she was curious. This seemed like something that would happen in a book, not in real life.
-
“Why here? I didn’t choose to be here, I’d be happy to go anywhere else.” He responded gruffly, his eyes still covered by his floppy hat. “This is very different than where I come from, he huffed, staring at the windows. Grimly decided to see why they were so high up and nothing was blocking birds from coming in. He ran headfirst into the window and stuttered back, “What is this witchcraft!? An invisible barrier?”

Bump))

Scarlette flinched slightly, and looked at him. "That's...a window. It shelters me from the elements of Earth." She looks at him, her eyes wide from suprise that this man didn't know what a window was.
(How do you want this to go? :3 Do you want him to explore the human realm for a bit, or automatically go back to his universe.) -
Maybe explore a bit))
“Odd, we don’t have windows where I’m from.” He said, smacking into once more. -
(Okay ☺)
As he was staring at the window, Scarlette stood up and walked toward the kitchen. If he had never seen a window before, she was curious as to how he would react toward modern era food. She made her way toward the refrigerator, and pulled out some sandwich meat, and bread. The pulled a plate from the cabinet and started to put the sandwich together. Hopefully he wasn't getting himself into to much trouble while she was doing this. -
Grimly kept tapping at the glass, the sound satisfying to him. After he finished, the creature peered into a room with what seemed to be a modern chair in it. On the side of the white chair, there was a small metal handle, in which he pushed down. A loud whooshing sound came from the seat as he shrieked and reeled back, knocking a few glass and plastic bottles over.
-
Scarlette came running, food in hand. She was trying to keep everything balanced, while figuring out what happened. She looked into the main room, and didn't see the man. "Oh no.." she whislered slightly. She ran into her study, and smirked. The sight that befell her was humorous. "Are you okay?" She walked over next to him, setting the food down on a nearby table
-
Grimly stood up and frowned, “That’s a dangerous chair you’ve got their.” With a grunt he hobbled over to the table and picked up the food. He took a bite of it and immediately stared at her with rounded eyes, “This is delicious.”
