“This is really bad, I will still be your friend but the writing is exactly my mum’s,” Leslie tried to calm down.

Kiri shook his head, but there was still a nagging feeling at the back of his mind. "Let's worry about it later," he said. "Now, we have to focus on not getting killed."

Kiri landed next to her. "Leslie, what's your last name?"

"Darkspirit,"she answered.

That one word confirmed his fears. "I think you might be right," he said quietly.

Leslie buried her head in her hands. She cried for a few seconds but wiped the tears away.
"Now what do we do?"she asked,"my parents famous last name is remembered by many devils and angels. I think yours are to." -
"There's only one thing we can do," Kiri said grimly. "Go into hiding."

"This day was HORRIBLE!"sobbed Leslie,"first Adeline then angel and now losing a friend."

"Losing a friend?" Kiri said, wincing. "That wouldn't happen to be me, would it?"

"No but the devils and angels are gonna KILL us! They know our families are enemies,"she explained with tears in her eyes

"But we can change that!" Kiri protested. "We don't have to be like our families!"
