Artery let him go, booping his head and darting away. The curfew bell sounded, and a person announced rooms. Tendril wondered who his roommate would be. He had gotten Room 7.
Artery paused and listened for her room number. -
Error pulled a face as he also got 7
Chester blinked and shook himself, his eyes flickering on and off at the boop -
"Room 7," Tendril said quietly to himself.
Artery had received Room 8 and, hearing that they were to be neighbors, proceeding to crush Tendril in a hug. -
Chester got room 6, which made him whine at not sharing a room with one of them

Artery looked sad. "I sorry," she said. "But you is not a girl."
Tendril snorted, because referring to Artery as a girl was a pretty big stretch, even if she was female. -
Chester just cocked hos head at her

Artery patted his head. "You is still neighbors with my neighbor. It okay."

Chester warbled and nodded

Artery, seemingly satisfied, decided to go inspect her room. Thankfully, whoever had chosen to place her there had had the foresight to adjust it to her size and energy.
Tendril slipped off to his own room and proceeded to decorate his side, adding little smoky bats around his bed. -
Error entered the room, took one look at the bed, and then a portal opened under it and dropped it into a void.

"Is it not to your taste?" Tendril said, looking nonchalantly at the void. "I personally like the color blue."

Error hummed as the portal closed before he formed his strings, attaching a few to the walls amd ceiling before he started weaving a hammock

Tendril removed everything in the bed except for the light blue sheet and pillowcase. It was a rather plush bed made of that odd smoky fog he specialized in.

Error finished his hammock and sat in it, starting to weave a blanket now

Artery curled up and fell asleep. Right on top of her new roommate.
