"okay thank you, I'm really sorry that I bothered you." Lyra said as she started walking towards Cheryl's apartment building.

"You could never be a bother!",she assured. She felt really happy talking to Lyra.

'well at least someone thinks that.' Lyra thought. "Anyways I'm right outside the building." Lyra said walking into the lobby of the apartment building.

"Do you want me to go out there?",Cheryl shyly asked with a smile.

"sure, to be completely honest I feel strange walking around apartment buildings." Lyra said.

"I apologise for that.",Cheryl said as she walked out of her apartment and down a flight of stairs to meet up with Lyra, hanging up her phone.

"it's not your fault, I'm just weird." Lyra said.

"Hello!",Cheryl said with a bright smile. "Follow me, I'll take you up to my apartment."

"hi." Lyra said as she followed Cheryl. She wondered what Cheryl's life is like.

Cheryl climbed up the flight of stairs before going to her apartment. She opened it up. "It's not much, but I call this home.",she commented as she gestured for Lyra to go inside.

Lyra walked inside and was immediately caught off guard with the decor. "It's beautiful!" Lyra exclaimed.

"Thank you.",Mary said with a smile. "We shall start the wine and cookies, because it's five o'clock somewhere.",she said before laughing and shutting the door behind her and Lyra.

Lyra laughed at Cheryl's remark and walked further into the apartment.

She poured two glasses of birthday cake wine before setting a glass in front of Lyra. "Do you like wine?",she asked with a smile.

"well I rarely drink, but I like it enough." Lyra said.
