Through the caves...
Across the rivers...
There is a lush valley. Fields of colored flowers are painted across the landscape. Everything was fine.... until the hurricane. Trees overturned, streams turned to rivers. Life here isn’t safe anymore. With most of their herd gone, can the remaining deer survive?
No food, and too much water. They’ll die here if they don’t leave. Afraid and abandoned, the deer must leave the place they’ve called home for so many years.
But- there’s hope. People have come to help them. These people aren’t children, but they aren’t adults either. They will have to relocate the creatures of the Painted Valley, but they must hurry. The animals are half-starved when they are found. On foot, and with little help, these teenagers will find a new place for the creatures to call home.

Appearance: A short girl with reddish brown hair (more on the brown side) that is about armpit length. She usually wears her hair in a double-back braid (hair down, two braids pulled back to form an almost wreath around the head). She has light brown eyes and is often found wearing high boots.
Personality: Feisty and loyal. Nature has always been her knack so she’s very protective of it. She’ll admit when she’s wrong, and her gentle side is great when animals are untrustworthy of her.

Appearance: A small red-tailed hawk.
Extra: she has trouble flying due to an injury during the hurricane. She is one of the few creatures who was unable to escape. -
