The Shard of Souls has been stolen from the Underworld. This means, death has temporarily stopped on planet Earth. This poses a problem for the spirits of the underworld, and the humans. With the Shard missing, Earth's economy has startes to collapse because of over-population. Supply doesn't meet the demands of the people. You, are a Fragment. A person who can travel between these worlds with no problem. You and your partner are tasked with finding the Shard, and you have to find it fast. The task is not easy.
Name: Xander Billingsley
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Unknown
Age: 20
Appearance: A black trenchcoat, with a skull embroidered into the back. A pair of black jeans, with holes that are ripped into the knees. Combat boots, that have a hidden compartment in the heel, for any hidden weapons. He has dark brown hair, with green eyes.
Weapons/Talents: He carries a short-sword, infuses with the essence of capturing souls. He also is very leanred in martial arts. He does have magical abilities, but he hasn't unlocked them yet.
Bio: He comes from a long line of Fragments. His family has taught him everything he knows to this point. His magical abilities are a hit or miss, because his never appeared at the correct age.

Appearance: A red and black striped sleeveless shirt, with black gloves. Black jeans. Red tennis-like shoes with a black 'X' on the sides. Black cowl(?). Sometimes a pair of shades.
He has spiky black hair, and soft brown eyes.
Weapon/talents: Curved sword (mainly), and a dagger (if needed), usually.

Born and raised, he's trained his whole life to be as best as he can. Having been taught by different other fragments growing up. -

Xander had heard of the Shard of Souls, but he didn't expect it to be an item of grave importance. He always thought that death, was a natural cycle of life. Something that wasn't controlled by a shard.
He took a deep breath and stood outside of an office door. He was supposed to meet up with his 'partner', and discuss their plan. -

Caius had recently learned of the news, of what hin and his partner will have to do. He nodded his head as the man before him finished speaking, and he turned around to walk out. This seemed bad, very bad. The shard seemed so important, especially now. -
Xander heard the door behind him open, and his partner walk out. "I assume you were briefed on everything?" he asked, thoughts racing in his head. He had no idea where to even start looking for the shard, but it definitely wasn't in this realm. It was in the Earth realm.
Maybe his partner would know, after they got back their introductions. "Also, what's your name?" Xander said, extending his hand.

Caius nodded his head to the mans question. "Yeah, I was. Guessing you already have been?" He asked back. He saw the extended hand to gripped it with his own. "The names Caius. Caius Gaige." He replied, giving a quick smile.
Inside of himself, he felt nervous. Scared. What if they were unsuccessful?
