Cross growled when he heard the people talking about setting fire to the nearby village before he rushed out of his hidding place amd attacked

"I'm sorry. Sadly enough It was like that when I found you. Nori said.

"What will I do?" Prism panicked. "My wing, it's gone. I'll never survive out here."

Cross snarled angrilly as he cut one of them down, twisting to strike the second. The person managed to block the attack and pushed Cross back

"I could try constructing a mechanical one for you." Nori said with clear confusion on what to do.

"Maybe..," Prism said. "It's not the same..." -
Cross glared at the other person before engaging in a fierce fight with them

"yeah but it's the best I can do... Technology hasn't gotten far enough to regrow lost limbs." Nori said.

"I know," Prism said, curling her one good wing around her.

Cross soon managed to kill his opponent, but not before receving a cut to the arm. He hissed to himself and looked around for the last one, scowling when he realised they had fled. He looked at his wound before starting to walk to the lab, hoping he could get a bandage there

"I'm sorry, I don't know what else to do." Nori said.

"Don't worry," Prism said, taking his hand. "It's alright. I'll figure something out."

Cross soon arived at the research Center and blinked in alarm when he saw them "what happened?

"there was an old building collapse." Nori said.

Prism gasped. "Cross, you're bleeding."
