"You are NOT killing yourself, Norman," Adria snapped. "So help me God."

"what do I have to live for?" Norman asked.

"Plenty of things. Just follow me," Adria said. And with that, she seized Norman's hand and proceeded to march downstairs.

Norman followed slowly.

Adria kept on walking until she had gone right into the woods. She bent down and uprooted something, before placing it into Norman's hands. It was an intricate purple flower, each delicate petal etched with an incredible design.
"What about that?" Adria said. -
"what does it do?" Norman asked.

"It gives beauty into a world like this," Adria said. "It can brighten someone's day just by being itself. That's what you do, Norman."

"yet you just dug it up." Norman said.

"I can place it back," Adria said, taking it and planting it in the soil. "See, this flower belongs on Earth, like you do."

"I don't belong here." Norman said.

"Yes you do," Adria said. "You belong in this world, and you deserve to live freely."

"what have I done to deserve to live." Norman said.

"Plenty of things," Adria said. "Almost everyone deserves to live a good life. Including you."

"God's made it clear he doesn't want me here." Norman said.

"Are you sure about that?" Adria said. "Maybe he's given you an opportunity and you just don't see it yet."
