Adria tied her hair into a ponytail. "And...I'm late for class. I'll see you later, Norman!"

"cya later." Norman said walking to class.

Adria had found a confidence she never knew she'd had ever since she's befriended Norman. She liked the person he'd helped her become.

Norman however, seemed to be getting worse. He decided to try jumping again that day, after school he would jump. He decided to start writing a suicide note.

Adria walked into class. The barbed stares that she would have cowered under before barely affected her. She sat down and took her notes.

Norman wrote a heartfelt letter giving eggstreme details and the abuse from his parents and the true fate of his brother as well as the bullying and finally a specific section telling Adria not to do what he's about to do.

Once class was over, she decided to head to the roof in her free time, to finally feel that sense of rebirth. What she saw shook her to her core.

As soon as school was over Norman walked up to the roof. He put his note under a rock, took off his shoes and stood at the edge.

Adria ran and grabbed Norman's hand, pulling as hard as she could.

Just as Norman was about to jump he could feel himself being pulled back.

"What," Adria said angrily. "Do. You. Think. You're. Doing?!"

"you should know what I'm doing." Norman said bleakly.

"You have the, the audacity, no, the nerve to come up here and try...you know what!" she spluttered.

"what." Norman said emotionless. "You've seen a full scale your of my miserable sad life." Norman said.
