Taros walked over his singing of a Cyros folksong dragging over everyone's attention.

Amethyst took the guitar back up and began to strum softly, singing along. The people instead of dancing, began to watch in hushed silence.

Alister nodded. He suddenly realized it was one of the few times he didnt't feel some sort of negative emotion. He just watched Taros and Amethyst.

Taros could feel the people's interest in the song grow as he sang the chorus a second time.

Amethyst strummed the guitar in time with the song, her fingers flying nimbly over the instrument. She wasn't smiling, but her eyes twinkled merrily.

Alister leaned against a building and hummed in harmony to the music.

When the song finished, everyone present clapped, and the orchestra chose that moment to strike a tune. Amethyst set down the instrument and held our her hand to Taros.
"Care to dance?" she said, a mischievous smile on her face. -
"Sure." Taros said with a smile

Alister just stood in the background. He was best at doing that.

Amethyst pulled Taros into a dance, beaming.

Taros tried his best to follow the movements of the folk dances of the people and couldn't wait for the festival of defenders next month in Cyros.

"I never knew you were a singer," Amethyst said, bemusedly.

"well I don't sing much. I only sing at festivals." Taros said.

"I guess I understand that. I'm not much of a dancer," she laughed, twirling away from him, clapping rhythmically and swirling back to him.

"that explains why you dance so well." Taros said still struggling to keep up with the other people.
