Eventually, after a long time, one of the doctors came to speak to her. "For some reason, he had a bullet proof vest on. He's going to be perfectly fine, although he may have a bit of trauma."

"that's great!" Mikan cheered knowing Aiden was ok, "I mean, not the trauma and all but he's not injured." Mikan said.

The doctor smiled. "You can go see him now."

Mikan rushed towards Aiden's hospital room.

Aiden grinned when he saw her. "Mikan!"

"Aiden, you're okay." Mikan said rushing to give him a hug.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Broken rib, bruises, little things like that," Aiden said, hugging her tightly. "As for trauma, this is no big deal at all."

"I was so worried." Mikan said tears dotting her eyes.

"I think you deserve to know what happened," Aiden said. "Wester shot me."

"w-wester." Mikan said trying to wrap her head around the idea.

"He believes that I murdered you, and if not, that I'm holding you captive or something," Aiden said. "He's gone practically insane. He's...feral."
