Tilly ran through the crowded streets looking for the small grey kitten and wondering where he went.

It was getting darker, and Dustball was hungry. The pitbull had found some food for them to share, but he longed for the warmth of his house and the soft voices of his owners.

Tilly then found dustball with a shady looking pit bull.

The pitbull carried Dustball to a large cardboard box, and curled up there. Dustball purred and fell asleep, unaware of Tilly nearby.

Tilly thought the pit bull was a threat when it took dustball away even though it was helping and ran after it.

The pitbull growled at Tilly when she came near, protectively wrapping his paws around the small kitten.

Tilly started getting in a defensive position ready to fight for dustball.

Dustball woke up and with a squeaky mew, toppled over the pitbull's paws to greet Tilly. When the pitbull came nearer, Dustball rubbed against the dog's legs.

Tilly decided to back down against her better judgement because of how dustball was acting and ran up to friendly tackle her brother.

Dustball mewed and swatted at her. Then it began to rain.

Tilly noticed the rain and wondered if mikan was worried about them.

The pitbull took them both and protected them from the rain, curled up in the box.

"Where's Dustball and Tilly?" Aiden said. -
Tilly missed home.
"Wait they're gone." Mikan said startled. Then she busted out of the door to look for them. -
Aiden went out. He searched everywhere, soaking wet, and finally heard a mew. A bedraggled gray kitten came to him, a pitbull and a tabby kitten behind him. He cried with relief and picked Tilly and Dustball up, then wondered what to do with the pitbull. The dog was looking pitifully up at him.

Mikan walked up to the pit bull. "Can we keep him?" Mikan asked Aiden.
