Mikan wondered why they always wanted to kill her. Was it her sad excuse for a father? She didn't know but she did know she might die if she wasn't cautious.

(Fun fact: In the book, Aiden had a pet tuxedo cat named Trash.)
Aiden leaned back and tried to relax. -
(now I want that cat to appear)
Mikan decided to go for a walk to set her mind at ease. -
A black and white cat meowed and jumped onto Aiden's lap, purring.
"Hi, Trash," Aiden said. Trash purred and began to knead Aiden's legs. -
(yay cat)
Mikan walked all the way to a convenience store. She decided to get something to eat there because she hadn't eaten dinner yet. -
Aiden lifted Trash up. "What do I do?" he whispered.

Mikan got a bagel and sat down on a park bench to eat.

Trash meowed at Aiden. When Aiden set him down, he rubbed against his legs. "Wow, you're being really ni..," Aiden's voice faded away when he saw Trash's empty food bowl. "Oh."

Mikan finished her bagel and then decided to just run.

Aiden filled Trash's food bowl, and Trash crunched on his kibbles gratefully.

Mikan decided to go back to her house when she saw people in front of her door.

(DUN DUN DUN)
Aiden decided to go on a walk before going to bed. -
Mikan decided to go investigate carefully so she didn't die. They did notice her though and Ran.

Aiden put his hands in the pockets of his hoodie, relaxing a little.
