Yes the demon world is where they live and would be the setting unless you want to change that

Demons basically mean pretty much any monster and you have to stick to a certain soul element to limit power. Except for the royal family. But that's just an idea

Anyone can be one of the elements and if you're a crossbreed you can use two there's also alot more elements
