"Well, we have made a decision concerning you two," she said. Erethien, we are offering you ta position over the troops, and Draco, we are offering you the position under her (don't remember what either of them are called)."
Erethien was shocked. She definitely wasn't expecting this.
"What do you think?" the blonde-haired man said.
"I will need time to think about it," Erethien answered.
And you, Draco?" the man asked, turning to him. -
"I will need time as well to think and take in this in" said Draco

"Of course," the gray-haired man said. "As much time as you need."
Erethien nodded politely and walked out. -
Draco did the same and followed Erethien out of the tent

Erethien sat on a log. "I don't know what to do," she said. I wasn't expecting this."

Draco sat next to her " I wasn't expecting that it's just out of the blue " said Draco

"They need a reason for us to give them the information that they need," Erethien said, figuring it out out loud. "They can't do it if we don't have a position."

"Yeah" agreed Draco wondering why they gave them the new positions

"If we take the positions," Erethien said, "Then they're just going to use us. But if we don't, then they won't listen to anything we say and the people will fall."

"We could Take the positions just to protect the people" said Draco has as scratched is chin

Erethien nodded. "That's what I was thinking," she said. "And we also don't have to be under their control. I mean, of course they're above us, but we will do what we believe to be right, and not what they believe."

"Yeah "agreed Draco as he tried to reach a spot on his back because of an itch

Erethien nodded again. "Let's wait a bit, and then tell them."
Suddenly two soldiers ran up to them "We're sorry we're late," one of them said.
Erethien let out a laugh. "Our long awaited custodians," she said. -
"Ok" said Draco "you both had a nap" has he laughed with Erethien

"Quite a long one," Erethien observed. "You'd better be apologizing to the Alliance. They're perfectly livid right now."
The two guards looked sheepish. But they didn't move.
Erethien turned back to Draco, deciding that they weren't in the mood.
