Ryan took Whoopie from Brynn before she crushed him to death and said "Calm down, dude. Cats don't even eat bugs. I'm sure that mantis is safe."

“Sesame isn’t even worth eating for Whoopie, isn’t that right?” She said, looking over at the cat. “He’s a good cat, the only thing he brings in from outside are flowers. I’m sure that if you had a cat who brought you flowers, you would give ‘em to Destiny.” She grinned at the last sentence.

Amelia looked at all of this with mild amusement. But it was getting rather boring.

Brynn looked outside the window, the sun starting to set. She jumped to her feet, “Come on! Let’s go before the sun sets completely.” She opened the door while holding Whoopie, “And yes, he is coming.”

"Finally," Amelia said, getting up off the couch.

Cameron walked out after Brynn, Sesame swaying happily on his shoulder. -
Amelia squeezed past everyone, and leaped off the front porch, and landed on her feet.

Yune followed behind everyone slowly. She wished she weren't so odd around people

Ryan followed behind Bryann and Destiny just tailed behind everyone. She didn't want to get to close to Cameron or his mantis.

She followed Ryan out the door before shutting it, Whoopie in her arms. She led everyone across the crosswalk and to the house (welp, that was quick). “That’s it, probably.” As if her words were magic the wind lashed her face, blowing her hair everywhere. She waved it away, “Let’s just get inside already.”
