Yusa wished they had just let her fall so no one else would get hurt.
-
Moss pulled up as hard as she could, using all of her spiritual forces to slow them down. They slowed to a halt just before the bottom.
-
Lily clutches at her side because of the pain. When she saw they were nearing the bottom she closed her eyes tight and got ready for impact.
-
Moss used all of her remaining power to gently set them on the ground.
-
Lily let out a deep sigh of relief. “Thanks.” She said to Moss. “Wait, where’s Yusa?” She hollered as she stood up quickly which caused a sharp pain in her side.
-
"I don't know," Moss said, looking around. Suddenly, she sucked in her breath. "Oh no. We're in the basement."

Suddenly yusa woke up in a dream. Everything was covered in a blue and green light eggcept herself who was glowing gold -
*my face is illuminated by the screen as I wrap a blanket around myself* Don't judge.))
Moss stood in front of Lily as she heard a soft slithering noise. -
Yusa suddenly woke up for real surrounded by ghosts.
-
Lily looked around frantically. If the slithering noise was coming from what she thought it was, she knew she wouldn’t be able to contain her fear much longer.
-
A pair of dark red snake eyes appeared our of the darkness, before a vaguely humanoid creature slithered out. Her skin was covered with scales and her face was similar to a snake's.
-
Lily wanted to scream. Besides the dark, she was also terrified of snakes. The humanoid did not help her case at all. “W-what is t-that.” She stuttered, horrified.
-
Moss gasped. "No."
"Yes," the cobra/human countered.
The cobra uncoiled to reveal that what would have been legs were in fact two snake bodies. It was like a mermaid gone horribly wrong. -
“M-moss what is that!?” Lily cried, cowering behind her friend.
-
"Who, not what," the cobra hissed. "You should be careful of how you speak here. Moss has been here before. You remember me, don't you, Moss?"
Moss gulped and nodded. "A little too well," she said.
The cobra laughed. "Follow me, you two."
