Vaitusi looked alarmed, recognizing the alter
Sgrios ignored Astral, continuing to pour massive amounts of magic into the alter -
Astral began to reach down and tug the magic out, bringing it back to him. She shook her finely shaped head sorrowfully.

Anger flashed across the former gods face and he swung his claws at her, lightning arcing off of him and sending her flying across the temple

The orb bounced back a bit as it turned a grey color,apparently afraid.

Wren gasped and covered her mouth, alarmed.
Astral collided into a wall, falling down and remaining still. -
Sgrios had an almost feral expresion on his face as he stared at Astral before turning back to the alter and continuing, black starting to creep into his eyes

Astral shakily lifted herself to her feet, and began to limp over to him again.

Sgrios started to collapse as he poured the last of his magic into tge alter, his breathing ragged as the last few runes lit up white before the entire temple was plunged in to pitch black darkness

Astral was still glowing softly, although her breathing was shallow.

Sgrios's ears folded back as a figure formed in front of him, some how darker then the surrounding black. A deep, almost deafening sound radiated from the figure as it bent over to look Sgrios in the eyes.

Astral stood between Sgrios and the creature, growling.

A bright white line spread across the things face, forming a sadistic grin before it twitched, causing it and Sgrios to vanish. The darkness then started condensing in a space above the alter

Astral whined, scratching at the place Sgrios has been, before bristling with fury at the creature who had taken her master.

The darkness slowly condensed into a tall humanoid form, spreading out a massive pair of wings as it roared and the temple started to crumble
