When night approached, Belladonna walked out onto her balcony, unable to sleep. She sighed heavily, looking at the cloudy moon hanging in the sky.
She suddenly thought about her string. She ran to the library to the indignation of the librarian and feverishly seized all of the books she could find about it. Then she pored over them all, until her eyelids drooped so heavily that she fell asleep, The Beginners Guide to Understanding Your String underneath her head.

Screech finally made it home. It was eerily silent since Griffin's death.
FLASHBACK MODE ACTIVATED!
Griffin sat in the tallest tree in the park waiting to jump down and scare his little brother screech. Finally he spotted the target. "BOO he yelled as he jumped. "HEY!" screech yelled. Then he landed on someone. Griffin didn't see the person before. "Hey punk!" The man yelled. Then to Griffin's worst nightmare the man had racist gang markings all over his face. -
Myriad walked back to his dorm, sighing as he heard loud music coming from inside before he walked through tge door. He ignored his room mate as he walked over to his side of the room and set his knitting needles and scarf down on his bedside table before pulling out a pair of noise canceling headphones, putting them on, and going to bed

When Belladonna finally opened her eyes, she sat up so fast that she propelled herself and her chair to the floor, where she landed with a crash. Her roommate sleepily poked her head up.
"It's a Saturday!" she growled. -
Screech was dreading this memory. He heard his brother's skull crack. A signal to the other terrorists. "If you birdies don't leave this town we'll destroy more than your park!" The man yelled and they started shooting people down. Griffin then uttered his last words. "Help... everyone...even if...they don't help... you"he said then he died. Screech made an oath to mask his personality from that day. After all Griffin wore his heart on his sleeve, And where was he now, six feet under that's where

Myriad yawned as he slowly woke up, rubbing at his eyes as he took the headphones off. He looked over at his roomate to see them passed out on the floor. The soft boi frowned before he got up and carefully moved them to their bed before going outside

Belladonna gave Melanie a sheepish smile, and the latter buried her head under her pillow. Belladonna began to pore over her book again.
The ways in which to see one's string are numerous and far-fetched. The only successful way is to visit a String Seer. Only four known String Seers are alive to this day: Gadowa, Masuki, Chsos, and Jeba.
She cross referenced this with her other books and found that Jeba lived not so far away from where she was now. She considered whether to ask Screech to accompany her or not. It wasn't like he was involved in her sporadic string quest. She decided to go outside. If he was there, she'd ask him. If not, she'd go by herself. -
Screech hadn't gotten any sleep that night... He was to busy reliving the trauma. He decided to go get a bagel and some coffee. He hated coffee but at least it would keep him awake instead of slamming his head on his desk and never waking up

Belladonna bought a blueberry muffin and sat on a bench again, throwing crumbs to the ever-present pigeons. How long was she going to wait? She should be getting onto a bus in about 30 minutes if she wanted to learn piano and reflect.

While walking to his favorite coffee shop Kyle's Cafe he thought he saw the timid boy from the library. He decided to apologise to this boy too, because he knew that the mask he wore was rude, but the mask was still him,so he walked up to the boy in the hood.

Myrian noticed tge boy from the libary walking up to him and blinked "oh hello" he said, fiddling with his hood.
