Myriad followed behind after cleaning the blood off his new knife

Easter kicked the door open and slid Toka inside.

"my gods! Is that Toka?" Nori said Nori knew Toka all to well having treated his mother when she got terminally ill

"Yep" Myriad chirped

"Yes," Easter said. "And he sucks more than ever, which I didn't think was possible."

"child, you need to leave that old thinking behind, the north and the south are no longer enemies and therefore you don't need to worry." Nori said in his usual calming voice

"I stabbed him." Myriad said, gesturing to the gathering puddle of blood

"This isn't about the south, it's about being a jerk," Easter said. "And THAT he definitely is."
"Could we please use any bandages you might have?" Belladonna interjected. -
"don't worry, I'll tend to his injuries and you should know he's just stuck in the idea that north and south are Enemies, that's how he was raised." Nori said

"Being raised like that isnt a good excuse" Myriad snapped in response.

"Myriad has a point," Belladonna said. "He's old enough to make his own decisions."

"boy Don't argue with me Toka has the mind of an eight year old!" Nori yelled in a voice screech rarely heard.

Something in myriads eyes darkened and in a blur of movement he was in front of Nori, his knife held to his throat. In a deathly calm voice, Myriad said: "if you value what little remains of your pitiful life, i would recommendnever speaking to me in that manner again."

"How dare you?" Easter said. "How DARE you threaten my father like that?"
"Myriad, please," Belladonna said. "Please, just stop." -
"you should back away from that wheelchair myriad, he's put more than enough safety measures in there." screech said. Suddenly something shot myriad's wrist and started pulling on it. It came from Nori's wheelchair.
