  So this is about a US coast guard swimmer. Senior Chief Ben Randal, which after his team mates dies in a plane crash after an accident on a mission. Then he is given two choices: Quit his job or Take an "A" school opening which he later does. He then meets a very good student, Airman Fishcer. He then molds the young fellow into a great swimmer. At the end of eighteen weeks they (student) go on a test to see if they can survive.......
