C1 is taken by the govt when young and have been experimented on. over years developing powers and heightened strength and speed than a normal human. the govt is trying to develop a super soldier to use, but C1 after all the experiment manages to escape the test facility.
C2 is a member of the facilitys security and on a team to capture C1. they dont like what is happebing there but don't want to make their father mad who is head of the program.
C2 and the team goes out to track down C1 by the tracker in them.

Background: Her dad is the head scientist of the government group. She's been in there very often for years throughout her childhood, witnessing all of the experiments that they do to people. She would walk around the lab and everyone loved her as a child. But whenever Valentina became a teenager, her father wanted her to take part in the projects, but she insisted to train and become part of the security instead so that she wouldn't have to be directly doing the experimental procedures.
Weapons: Two pistols, a shotgun, and four knives
Extra: Very smart, but she tries to hide it, otherwise the scientists would want her to help with the experiments -

Background: When she was 5 she lost her parents and was taken in by the government and brought to a secret facility. Ever since she has been there, she has been tested on every day. She has been there for 20 years now, and after enduring it all, she made an attempt to escape. Barely being able to. Now she is on the run, trying her best to keep away and not go back.
Powers/weapons: Sword stolen from a guard.
She has greater strength and speed than the average human.
-Has the ability to temporarily turn herself invisible.
-Move things with her mind.
-Cast fireballs/flames from her hands.
-Create a small force field around herself.
Extra:
-She can only use one of her powers at a time or else she will exhaust herself.
-If she uses her powers too much, she exhausts herself. -

For 20 years, Makayla was at that place. All of the experiments, shots she was given, everything that they did to her. It had changed her, and she was unable to do anything about it at all. As time passed by, she slowly developed these...powers? She never had before, it made her scared of even herself. She didn't want to know what would happen if she stayed there, she had to get out of there before she became something she couldnt even recognize. What did she know though? She was there all of her life, it was all she knew.
It's been a couple days now since she has managed her escape, coming out and into the forest area around the place she had grown up at. Being out after so long, she had rarely seen the sun, any of the outside world. She didnt know what to do, but had to get far away from there. Choosing a random direction, she ran out into the wild. Maybe she could keep away? She thought. But, what would she do? She worried. Not sure, she decided to let that come to when it does, right now she has to keep focused on getting as faraway as she could though. It's all she could focus on. -
Valentina was standing stiffly in front of her father, who was glaring at her and the rest of the security team coldly. "It's only been a few days, give me more time to look for her," Valentina says to her dad, "-sir," she adds. He sighs. "Val, I'm only giving you another chance because you're my daughter. However, this will be the only chance you get. I can't make exceptions for failure simply because we share the same blood," he says with finality.
Valentina nods and salutes before walking off. In all honesty, she was glad that the experiment ran away. She'd never admit it out loud, but "Project K", as they called her, didn't deserve to be a lab rat. None of the experiments did, really. Makayla had been in the lab far longer than any of the other experiments, so Valentina had grown a liking to her. When they were kids, Valentina would sneak to her and together they even gave project k a real name- Makayla.
