ReeseButtercup Newbie"Certainly! I'm Nalia." she said, outstretching a tiny hand. She suddenly remembered the wizard girl was much bigger than her, and withdrew it, laughing.

"Iris. See you later!" She said, smiling. Iris ran back to school property. She could not wait for the time to strike nine.

ReeseButtercup NewbieNalia turned invisible and waited at the border of the Wizard Academy. It was agonizing. Nalia hated waiting, and she spent most of the time flying in circles, incrediblly bored. Finally, she heard the distant clocktower's bells ring nine times. Nalia bounced up and down in the air; it was finally time!

Iris spends the rest of the classes alone. When it is time for dinner, she eats outside with Strike. Once the call for lights out at 8 PM, she makes sure her dorm mates are asleep. Then, she sneaks out with Strike. She enters the woods.

ReeseButtercup NewbieNalia finally sees Iris from the corner of her eye and turns visible, beckoning her over. "Hello!" she calls out in a half-whisper.

"Hello." Iris replied. Strike looked at Nalia. "Don't you dare breathe fire at her." Iris whisper shouted. "Sorry, Strike has never met you before, he's kinda protective around strangers." Iris admitted. "We have no time to waste. I need to be back by 5 am. Let's go." Iris started to walk.

ReeseButtercup Newbie"That's alright. You can come on out, Flicker." Nalia said. Flicker appeared beside her, glowing brightly in the darkness. She had been hiding in the shadows before. "I'll lead the way." said Nalia, taking flight.
"On second thought, I'm going to turn invisible, so just follow Flicker. We don't want anyone seeing me and trying to kill me." she said, vanishing. -
Iris nodded, and followed Flicker. She was excited, to see a world outside of that school. While walking the wizard territory, she was shocked. It was like a city. She didn't know what to expect when she was finally out of school, but a city was not it. Where were the animals?

ReeseButtercup NewbieNalia watched Iris stare around her in amazement. "Have you never seen your own teroitory?" she asked, shocked.

"Once we are 5, our parental units send us to live in that school until we are 18. We are not allowed to leave the school territory." Iris explained. "I have no memory of these parental units, or the territory I used to reside in before the age of 5."

ReeseButtercup Newbie"Why, that's terrible! I'm allowed to visit my family on weekends, and we have the summer off." Nalia said. She was angry that Iris was in these circumstances. "Ahh, here we are!"
Nalia flew over the barrier, causing the wind to blow the projectiles that were aimed at her off course. Like magic, everything changed. They were back in the beautifull, pristine Fairy Territory. -
Iris looked in amazement. "It's...beautiful. I have no words." She and spike looked around in awe. Spike makes inaudible dragon sounds. "Spike says he likes it too!" Iris smiled.

ReeseButtercup Newbie"It is nice. Though I've gotten used to it over the years." she said. "Oh, we have to hide you somehow. Fairies aren't very aggressive, but no wizard has ever crossed the boundary between the territories."

"I get it. But how? I'm gigantic compared to you guys." Iris replied. She didn't want to leave such a beautiful place. "Will the fairies be nice to me if we explain I'm harmless? And that I'm with you?" She asked.
