I did a little research, is it okay if my character's starter pokemon is a gastly and the region of origin be kanto?

Appearance: Chin length dark blue hair, tan skin, wide blue eyes, ans he's shorter than average
Uniform: Black parka with team insignia, gray undershirt, gray boots, black leather pants
Civilian Disguise: Blue shorts, blue tennis shoes, white shirt, black backwards cap
Personality: Childish, short tempered, stubborn, chaotic. He hates being treated like a child, yet he is very hyperactive and dramatic
Starting Pokemon: A gastly named Roge
Region of Origin: Kanto
Reason for Joining: He wants to be part of the group that will supposedly conquer the world in order to make himself feel powerful instead of useless

Reason for Joining: He failed his island challenge and was snubbed by Team Skull
Other: His Salandit is shiny

Appearance: Long black hair, white skin, green eyes, lightning shaped marks on her cheeks
Clothes: Red t-shirt, blue jean shorts, blue backpack, black sneakers, hat that her dad originally wore
Personality: Lina is a bit of a tomboy, nice and friendly to anyone that's nice to her, strong sense of justice
Starting Pokemon: Pichu
Region of Origin: Kanto

(Okay, so here is the deal. Our characters saw the first post as a video and it has just ended. Our characters are about to given their missions. Also there is a turn order, it shall be decided as first come, first serve so post when you can.)
The Admin named Avalon turned off the screen and turned on the lights. He said "So now you all understand what we here at Team Conquer need of you. Hopefully you will succeed in your missions." He gave Daisuke a folder full of papers and said "This is your first assignment. You must get ready now as you will be departing to the Kanto region in one hour. Don't be late." He left and Daisuke looked into the folder. The mission was to find an old Team Rocket base in the now closed Celadon Game Corner. Get into the base and steal whatever information was left behind by the Rockets. Daisuke shared this with everyone else. -
Raven looked at the file. She said nothing, as she was usually very quiet. She looked at the other members, to see what the right reaction should be. She didn't want to make enemies on the first day. She gave a neutral look. Not too happy, but not too melancholy. Hopefully this will put her in a good position to the other members.

"Team Rocket, more like Team Has-Beens," Jet said with a laugh. "We'll finish this mission easy, no problemo!" Jet says, giving a thumbs up to his new teammates. The more he heard more about this place, the more he liked it. Just the thought of him growing into an cool and badass pokemon trainer got him amped up.

(Okay, I'm tired of waiting. Magie appears to have gone AWOL without warning, again. If and when she returns, she'll be last in the turn order, until then we'll just skip her.)
Chuck said "Yo, don't underestimate them. They were this close to getting the pretty powerful Mewtwo." Daisuke said "Correct, we'll need a strategy in case maybe there is a loyalist or two still wandering around. It's not completely likely after all this time but it never hurts to plan." -
Raven nodded in agreement. "A plan will better the chance of an easy win. I think we'll be able to do it without a plan, but just in case things don't go as smoothly as I believe they will." Raven was confident that they could do this, but a plan is a good idea.

"Who needs a plan? I propose we go in and kick ass," Jet says. He was as childish as ever, but his enthusiasm was infectious. Jet lived for a fight, even if they ran into a loyalist, he gladly would have challenged them. He wasn't the best when it came to being discreet.

Daisuke said "Jet, shut it. We'll discuss the plan when we get on the plane. Everyone just go to your quarters and get what you need and only what you need. Team Conquer will prevail." Daisuke started walking away with the folder.
