Roman grinned brightly and took echos hand as they followed after clover. Anxious to meet their beautiful mother

Soon they arrived to the temple, Echo nervous as she walked with Roman. She was terribly worried what the Goddess of love and beauty was going to say about Roman being with a girl that no one wanted. A freak of two worlds that never should meet? A spawn of hatred? Would Roman really be such a fool as to choose her over their mother? A goddess no less? Of course she kept these concerns hidden, not wanting to be petty. This moment wasn’t about her. It was about Roman meeting their mother for the first time.

Aphrodite materialised almost instantly, “ my little hart.” She said her presence was powerful, a hundred times more than anything Roman could ever do. Captivating even those not attracted to women, though they would simply seek to please her in a platonic way.
Roman looked at her and gasped. “ h hello mother.”
“ my precious Amara, though I take it you prefer roman my sweet child,” the goddess said taking their hands. -
Echo felt intimidated instantly, as predicted, rubbing her arm awkwardly as she looked at the ground. She sucked it up before looking to them with a smile as Clover entered. “I told Karan we’d find them.” Clover cheered, getting a glare from Echo. “Well... technically Echo found them...” Clover admitted.

Aphrodite smiles pleasantly. “ thank you for finding my little hart.” She told echo sincerely. “ and for not taken advantage of them last night.” She said even quieter.” You can sleep well, know that you have my blessing for as long as you are both in love...but that like myself one person will not fulfil their heart. “She said while roman remained oblivious to the conversation.

Echo blushed and bit her bottom lip. That meant she would have to share Roman with someone else eventually? Well, Echo was pretty independent. However she wasn’t used to feeling true affection. Would it feel as real to see them sharing the same affection with others? Was it selfish of her to want Roman to herself? While her vampire side had no problem allowing Roman’s freedom, seeing it logical to not keep tied to one person. However her leprechaun side was stubborn in the opposite direction, wanting a lover to be her very own. It went against everything she knew both to share a lover and to be tied to the same person. Maybe her heart was too small?
Clover, being a leprechaun with the beliefs of one love for life, had to leave to prevent herself from ranting. She didn’t want to offend the goddess or make things worse for Echo.
Echo bit her bottom lip. It wasn’t like she had much options anyhow. She was used to keeping herself satisfied alone. So why would it be a problem if Roman wasn’t there when she needed or wanted them because others needed or want them? “I understand.” She decided, taking a deep breath. -
Aphrodite smiles softly. “ they do love you, and for this I give you my blessing.” She said placing a gentle kiss on the girls head. “ you’ll have to figure out what it does yourself as I must be going. “ she said as she left,
Roman seemed to have been having an entirely different conversation with the goddess who held them in her arms,s before she disappeared, -
Echo smiled softly, tucking her hair behind her ears. “So... was she everything you expected?” Echo asked, smiling softly.

“ s she was amazing.” They said. “ she loves me, and. And she already knew my pronouns and she - she gave me this.” They said showing inside of their necklace was a special charm.

Echo smiled, kissing Roman on the cheek. “I’m glad.” She replied, wondering whether or not to tell them what was said to her as they began leaving the temple.

Catching them outside of the temple was Karan and Jason.
“ A Amara” karan said. “...clover. You had my charge his whole time and didn’t think to tell me?”
Jason meanwhile looked extremely affected by the teens charm. He blushed softly. Roman grinned, -
Clover opened her mouth, simply to close it. “Well, when you arrived, it wasn’t a great time.” She chuckled, looking to Echo who looked away with an ‘innocent’ look. Suddenly she saw Jason’s reaction to Roman and took a deep breath, reminding herself to share.

Karan picked up on it. “ I see, because your cousin was busy sleeping with my charge, you didn’t think to at least inform me that they were safe.” The guardian growled,
Jason grinned at Roman who blushed.
( it’s up to you, maybe it lets her pick another form to transform into? Gives her stronger sunlight immunity? ) -
“Okay, it wasn’t like that... We just cuddled...” Echo muttered. “Didn’t Echo Tell us yesterday that she found them all unharmed?” Clover asked in defence.
(Maybe the ability to change from Vampire to Leprechaun so she can enjoy both words.)
