Archer looked around, nodded, and opened the door.
It only took a few moments for customers to come flooding in. It was the first day of the year, meaning anyone and everyone was desperate to get a room. Archer glided through the crowds, checking on anyone who needed help and praying the foyer didn't stop existing like it did yesterday. -

Yana was being kept very busy, as he made drink after drink, and polite small talk after polite small talk. In fifteen minutes he’d already received several numbers. He chuckled quietly as he mixed up a cocktail.
Jaxx poked his head out every so often to notify that the order was up. He worked hard and carefully. -
Beetle jot down order after order and giving everyone food and drinks at record speed. Some of them were members of his species ordering weird food.

Archer beamed at the constant flow of patrons and the more then adequate staff, when suddenly a second tremor tore through the din of people talking. It was much smaller than last time, it didn't even knock over anything, but a small murmur rose from the crowd after it was over. Archer plastered on a smile and walked through the people, comforting them that it was nothing serious, and that everything was fine. His hair, meanwhile, was getting longer, a sign that he wasn't very pleased. He sidled up next to Briana. "Let's have a meeting tonight at 11. Tell the others." and with that he was off again.

Jaxx found it odd that people kept trying to order off menu, when it stated pretty clearly on the menu that he wouldn’t be able to do that. He sighed and shook his head.

Yana looked over at archer and sighed. “ boss, you need to calm down,” he said quietly, using his weird powers to make sure only archer could hear him, which meant he’d temporarily connected them with one if the long strands from his head. -
(Just pretend I said that to Beetle I suppose)

Beetle said "Alright." and he kept filling out orders to the people. He got to Jaxx and said "Meeting at elven. Tell everyone."

"I do what I want, Yana." Archer mumbled, brushing his employee's hair away and tying up his own into a bun.

( my favourite thing is that beetle decided to get the one guy who barley knows how to speak to tell everyone something that important lol.)
Yana rolled his eyes at his employer as he tucked his hair back into its braid. He felt something brush up against his legs, to find his companion, Ztar sitting beside him. He cursed quietly. He’d left her outside for a reason. The nature loving alien wondered how she’d actually managed to get back inside, because he’d learned a long time ago that she was able to just ignore his commands, and just decided it had probably been Jaxx....again.
Jaxx blinked and nodded before he looked at Bettle. “ Meeting at Eleven tell everyone,” the chef said before wandering off back to the back of the kitchen, Yana had overheard and snorted at Beetle. -
(Sometimes Beetle doesn't think things through and forgetting that some people don't speak as good as him. And he wonders why he isn't a space pilot like others of his species.)
Beetle continued to fill more and more orders. Half the time he had to climb onto walls and float above everyone so he didn't spill the food and make a mess. -

The day went by in a snap, and before anyone was quite sure what happened, it was nearly eleven oclock. Drunk patrons milled around aimlessly but most others had either left or were asleep in their rooms. -
Jaxx walked out to his employer and tapped his shoudler “ meeting at eleven o clock-“ he started as he wa sinterrupted by Yanas loud laughter.
“ I feel like he knows that Jaxx dear.” -
