Zaire's narrowed eyes watched him speed off before she flew back down into the forest, soon putting her weapons away,Once more as she sat on a branch, curling her wings against her back as she stared at the ground, knowing that she's stuck here on earth, until her mission was complete.Truth is that Zaire didn't quite like the humans ,because of their greedy nature as she hugged softly"I'll never join him...but....I have this tug in my chest, wanting me to join him...."She grumbled softly as she rested her back against the tree, her eyes slowly closing.
-
(I was thinking she'd followed him and land on the roof as well.)
-
Fine. She wasn't gonna follow him yet,I was gonna have her wait there for a few minutes, until she gives up and just go there, but I have no say in your soap. So,I'll just revise my post.)
Zaire's narrowed eyes watched him speed off for a few minutes before she decided to fly after him in a white blur, soon finding him sitting on a roof of a building as she slowly hovered closer, her expression blank but her eyes sparked a bit in interest as she placed her weapons away once more, soon letting out a sigh"Zaire is my name..." She mumbled out as she furrowed her brows at him. -
(Sorry lol I just prepared a post that's all.)
Farrim watched her, standing up as she landed on the roof. "Zaire... An impressive name, sharp, yet simple." He replied, the name rolling off his tongue as he studied her. "Did you know, Zaire, that Humanity used Humane as an adjective that means good, ethical, respectful? Demonic as cruel, violent, manipulative? Angelic means naive, innocent, pure, saint..." He told her as he turned away. "Almost laughable, considering the havoc they reek in their own, there really isn't much job for Demons since humanity does a fairly good job at torturing themselves." Farrim chattered as he walked along the edge of the roof. "This castle was the home to the only kind human I've ever known. I watched him get slaughtered, I watched his parents disrespect his wish for peace completely. This, was the result. For all I know you might know him, for when you die for peace you become an angel." He continued, looking at the field that had once been filled with luxurious grass, rivers, and wildflower. Now however, the rivers were dry, blood still in the small streams that appeared. The grass was all shriveled, burned, and bodies with vines grown over were scattered all around, surrounded by the corpses of horses, broken vehicles, weapons, etc. In the middle, the only thing of beauty left, a small grave that had been made by Farrim to respect his friend so his soul wouldn't be damaged. -
Zaire frowned as she looked around dead land as she let out a sigh"I've been knew of the humans being as they were and still are unworthy of speaking my master's name from their disgusting mouths....My own brother abandoned me,leaving me to be killed by a gang...I'm just protecting them because of his order..." She mumbled softly as she sat on the roof, her wings folding into her back.
-
"Like I said. I have nothing against God or your people. God simply gave humans free will. Lucifer taught them how to think for themselves. They chose their own way, they chose violence. However he loves them anyways, sees them as his greatest art. The humans would call it Stockholm syndrome I suppose." Farrim muttered. "I'm sorry about what happened to you. I hope your brother is burning in hell." Farrim added. "Hmm..." He then began to think, once again studying her with a thoughtful look.
-
Zaire sighed as she stared down, her eyes dulling, betrayal and hatred for her brother burning in her soul as her wings curled around her form, trying to hide the fact that she was silently crying as she curled into a ball.
-
Farrim felt a strange tug in his chest as he hesitated, sitting beside her. He wrapped his arm around her to comfort her, the other he used to hold them both up in case she wanted to lean on him as he wrapped his wings around them both.
-
Zaire tensed up for a moment before relaxing against him, soon slowly laying her head on his shoulder"I'm pathetic...."She mumbled softly, soon wiping away her tears as she wings curled tighter around her form, her gaze slowly looking up at him, taking notice of his looks.
-
"Nah. You're fine." He chuckled with a soft smile.
-
Zaire stared at him blankly as she slowly raised a hand and gently touched his cheek"I was so blinded by anger, that I didn't see how you looked fully."She said softly, soon removing her hand from him.
-
Farrim smiled as he looked into her eyes. "Oh? And how do I look?" He asked softly.
-
Zaire felt heat rising to her cheeks at him making eyes contact with her, soon adverting her gaze."Well....You're pretty handsome for a demon..No offense.."She said softly, her wings twiching as her eyes glowed a bit.
-
Farrim smirked as he cupped her chin in his hand, turning her face to look at him. "That's because I passed the angel test, but chose to be a demon. You don't look half bad for an angel either, no offence." He chuckled as he kissed her forehead.
-
Zaire let out a soft croon as she felt him kiss her forehead, soon realizing what she just did,her face blooming red as she adverted her gaze once more, going silent as a wave of embarrassment, washed over her.
