Felix pulled off his jacket and looked at himself in the mirror. The dragon shaped birthmark on his chest was often kept hidden by his jacket, but when he was battling people could see it and identify him by it. He ran a hand through his hair before undoing his belt, a bit too lost in thought to be quick about changing.

Jacques walked into the locker room with a bang. "Making my way downtown.." he started to sing as he walked in. He was startled to see Felix.. well, not Felix, but the boy who looked like him. Being able to see him closer now, Jacques was sure it was him, though. "Felix.." he said unsurely.

“ seven hundred and eight point five.” Aizawa read out sounding bored. He called up the next class member.

Felix frowned and avoided looking at Jacques. “What?” He asked, leaning against the sink and focusing his gaze on the dripping tap. -

Personality: Iyo is a sweet and well-mannered young women, she is very considerate towards her classmates, though she can be rather skittish around strangers, Iyo is mostly very quiet, preferring to listen rather than actively participate, however she can be very chatty if someone manages to engage her attention on a subject she cares about. Then Iyo becomes much more passionate, though she still remains soft spoken. Iyo would go to any length to help her friends, though she seeks to end conflicts as peacefully as she can. Iyo wants to become a hero, as a way to honour her father`s legacy. Iyo is very determined, though her self-esteem isn’t very high.
Abilities: Iyo is a competent strategist, as her quirk doesn’t have very many offensive capabilities. That said, Iyo is not that strong physically, having been rather sickly in her youth, and preferring to improve her mind and quirk, over her combat skills, this usually puts Iyo at a huge disadvantage in battle, as her speed is pretty average and her strength is slightly below average. This actually puts Iyo as the dead last for her class.
History: Iyo is the daughter of Present Mic`s younger sister and the former hero Mind star. Iyo had the aspiration to become a singer when she was younger, which her parents and her uncle encouraged, she didn’t plan to become a hero since her mum was a civilian she didn’t see why she couldn’t be as well. However Iyo`s quirk surfaced at her school recital, placing the audience except for her uncle in a trance, as he was on the phone when it happened, he didn’t hear her properly. Iyo was devastated, but her father quickly cheered her up, telling her she didn`t need to sing live to be a performer, Iyo had a very happy childhood. At ten however she was brought home from school, and was given the news that her father and his super hero team had vanished and couldn`t be found. Around this time a villain with hypnotism popped up, and while he was apprehended the villain had done damage to the reputation her father had brought up about heroes of his talent. This was when Iyo decided. She would become a hero worthy of her father’s name.
Quirk: Hero song.
Iyo`s quirk is the hybrid between a sound quirk and a mind control quirk, Iyo`s voice can be used to put those who hear it in a trance, where they are susceptible to suggestions, though Iyo cannot stop singing or the trance is broken. The quirk is dependent on Iyo`s emotions, the stronger she feels about something the more powerful it becomes. Iyo at her most basic level was able to harness her emotions to create a harmful soundwave that was capable of destroying the robots. It`s not until after her internship with her uncle that Iyo is actually able to consciously use this ability. Iyo`s voice can influence the emotions of those who hear it, though it`s more just creating a mirror feeling of the emotion she feels the most at that time.
However Iyo cannot keep singing for ever, as an overuse will damage her vocal chords, rendering her useless until they recover. Her quirk only works on people listening with both ears, and those affected by quirks like hers. Iyo cannot issue the suggestion herself, though she is able to stop an enemy using this for their advantage, its only possible if she’s aware of that. Iyo cannot choose who is and isn`t affected, and so has to warn her allies, which has the unfortunate side effect of allowing her opponents to do the same, because of this Iyo cannot be heard singing live, and only through radio or a recording.
Super moves:
Siren serenade: Iyo sings much louder than normal, and puts all of her emotions into the song, this causes her enemy to feel intense mental pain. The downside is that this ability can rarely be used more than once, because of how much it takes from her, and she still struggles to consistently put the right amount of energy behind it. This is often a last resort.
Bluebird`s song: This technique takes the emotion altering aspect of Iyo`s quirk allowing her peaceful song to make an opponent feel relaxed and at peace. The downside is that this technique doesn’t always actually get the opponent to stand down, and may have the adverse effect of clearing the opponents mind. Iyo rarely uses this technique against any high risk threats.
Canary`s cry: Iyo sings to her highest note, adding in her energy, this technique causes nausea and dizziness, though the effect only lasts for a minute.
Crow`s warble: Iyo sings to her lowest note, adding in her energy, this technique gives the listener the illusion of either their worst fear or their greatest desire, it depends on how she sings it. Once again the effect doesn`t last for long, lasting only for thirty seconds.

Relationships:
Nanako Murayama: Iyo`s mother, and the younger sister to present mic. Nanako is a very supportive women, teaching her daughter what she could, as Nanako never attended a hero school, as she had always aspired to be a baker. Nanako is one of Iyo`s biggest inspirations and they are as close as a mother and daughter can be, however Nanako isn`t fully supportive of Iyo becoming a hero, at first believing it to be for the wrong reasons.
Hizashi Yamada: Iyo`s uncle, and her second favourite hero. Iyo has a ten minute spot on his radio show, where he plays her songs, this happens once a month. Hizashi is a positive figure in Iyo`s life, and she does her internship with him. However as close as she is to him, his eccentric attitude can sometime overwhelm Iyo, who is a little too shy to ask him to tone it down.
Fumikage Tokoyami: Iyo`s friend and later romantic interest. They met when he was drawn to her singing, because she hadn`t realised anybody else would be able to hear her. Despite this embarrassing start, the two became friends both being quiet so they were able to just relax around each other with few issues. They came to care about each other, and Iyo considers him to be one of the strongest people she`s ever met.
Sadayoshi Murayama : Iyo`s missing father, and the person she looks up to most, her father always encouraged her interests, and he bought her first parrot for her fifth birthday. Sadayoshi was a skilled piano player, and so he often played for his daughter, being able to resist her quirk when he tried. His disappearance seriously affected Iyo, who was almost catatonic for weeks following the news, however her desire to show the world her father wasn’t an exception is what snapped her out of her stupor and gave her the drive to become a hero.
Shouta Aizawa: Eraser head is her favourite superhero, tied with her father, so Hizashi took her to get his autograph a few times. She admires him, but they don’t really have too much interaction.
Trivia:
Iyo`s favourite food is soup and crackers, something she ate a lot when she was younger due to her ill health.
Iyo owns three parrots, two bluebirds and two doves, they are her bird choir. -
"I know it's you," Jacques went on to say. "Why aren't you talking to me anymore?" He asked, pain all over his voice. Jacques was a late bloomer, of course, so when the other students started developing powers it was no problem, because he always had Felix. When Felix developed powers Jacques was unprepared for the fact that he'd leave him too.

Felix took a deep breath as he stared at the mirror. His biggest fear was smaking him in the face like a brick wall. “My powers... were a danger to people... a danger to you. So I cut myself off from the world to train.By the time I learnt how to control my powers... I got wrapped up in a new life. And trust me Jacques. You don’t want to see me as the person I become. So remember me as your childhood friend, who moved to another town or something. The person I am now is someone different. Someone more cruel. Someone you should avoid.” Was the best explaination Felix could muster as he made sure not to look at Jacques.

"C'mon, Felix. People change. I'm always going to be your friend.." Jacques was about to go on a whole speech but realized just how late they were for the tests. "s---," Jacques muttered, turning away and pulling on his gym shorts as he walked out. "We'll finish talking about this later, Fee!"

Aizawa wasn’t too happy with them. “ hmm, if you don’t impress me 5en you’ll be expelled for sure.” He said casually as if discussing the weather.

Felix sighed and finished changing into his gym clothes before walking to the door. “Looking forward to it.” He muttered sarcastically before walking out. He would have to make sure not to let his guilt keep him behind, or else he might get kicked out of this school.
(Wait what happens if our characters do get expelled? I’m not tha good with timing. Especially in fight scenes.)
